Where are the products manufactured?
Our leather products are crafted in Argentina by local artisans.

Why aren't your products 'cheap'?
The materials used in the manufacture of our products include premium quality cowhides and the craftsmanship is second to none. We do not wish to compromise the quality of the product just to achieve a lower price. With every purchase you make you can rest assured that you will be getting the quality that you are paying for – and more.

Placing an order
Do I need an account before I can place an order?
No. You are welcome to place an order as a guest, without registering. However, if you do choose to register, you will only have to do so once, simplifying future orders. You can register by clicking here. You can input the pertinent details, including your shipping address and payment details.

How do I place an order?
1. Simply browse and 'Add to Cart' the desired product(s).
2. In your Shopping Cart, you can update the desired quantity, add coupon codes or continue shopping.
3. Once you are happy with your Cart, you can click 'Proceed to Checkout' where you will asked to enter your details.

Shipping and Delivery
When can I expect my bag to arrive?
For orders within Australia allow 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery times for shipments outside of Australia will depend on the local provider in the destination country, however, as a general guide allow one to two weeks.

Can I track my delivery status?
Yes. We use Australia Post's Registed post service and will provide you with your 12 digit tracking number when we send the shipment confirmation email. To track your item, simply go to Australia Post website and insert the 12 digit number.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping to any part of Australia is absolutely free.

Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes. For international orders to countries outside Australia, appropriate shipping charges will apply.
